01. The order

When do I receive my order?

You will typically receive your order within 7-10 business days of it being shipped. 

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

Invoices are sent within minutes of your order’s completion.

02. Shipment

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically shipped with 3 business days of the order date. 

I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled. 

03. Product quality

What can I expect as far as the quality of your products?

We use and source the highest quality materials to produce apparel and accessories that you will be proud of and can depend on 100%. 

Do you manufacture your own merchandise?

In most cases we do not. However, we use the most dependable and recognizable brands in the apparel performance industry.

What should I do to make sure that your products last as long as possible?

Machine wash on gentle cycle without bleach or fabric softener for the wearables. Hand-wash bags, compression sleeves and hats. Air dry all products to ensure that they will last as long as possible. Screen printing, DTG, embroidery, etc. will typically lasts the life of the garment or longer if care instructions are followed.

04. Returns, exchanges and privacy

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If  items are in original condition and not worn or laundered in any way. Items must be returned within 9 days receiving the order. Customer pays return shipping. 

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes. As long as the item(s) being returned are unworn and is in the same new condition without being laundered or altered in any way. Exchanges are permitted within 9 days of you receiving your order. Customer pays return shipping. 

Do you sell or share my information?

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share your information with trusted third parties that are within our logistics chain.
